The central chamber anchors the piece,wider, heavier, and meticulously engraved with patterns echoing Fatimid architectural motifs. These aren’t random marks — they’re hand-carved tributes to the Kufic calligraphy and geometric balance found in ancient Cairo.
Each segment flows with deliberate transitions in shape and thickness, reflecting the measured rhythm of traditional design. The subtle tapering and octagonal elements aren’t just aesthetic; they create harmony between utility and craftsmanship.
